Yazmin LaFleur-Lofgren

PROJECT MANAGER & BRAND STRATEGIST


Yazmin oversees projects and develops brand strategies for MRPP Comms clients. She bridges big-picture vision with detail-driven execution, focusing on building strong brands through seamless collaboration.  


A graduate of the University of Minnesota—Twin Cities with a BA in Strategic Communications and a minor in Fashion Studies. She is also fluent in French. Yazmin gives back to the community by serving on Junior Achievement North's Impact Board.

MEDIA RELATIONS STRATEGIST


Amy develops and executes media relations strategies for MRPPComms. She brings 25+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations and agency work. Clients benefit from Amy’s curiosity, collaborative nature and diverse skillset. A believer in the benefits of inclusive work cultures, she is a member of Minnesota PRSA, where she serves as co-chair of the DEI Committee.


Amy holds a BS in Mass Communications and an MS in Special Studies from St. Cloud State University. She enjoys spending time with family, friends and a good book, and dreams of one day owning a Nash Metropolitan (Lois Lane car, modernized as a hybrid).

Dallas downey

INTERN


 Dallas is a young creative from North Minneapolis and a proud Afro-Indigenous artist, advocate, and activist. He comes from the Non-Removable Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe and carries his heritage with great pride. He infuses his work with culture, lived experience, and a drive for social change.

Dallas attends Northwestern University, where he studies Journalism & Art History, with a minor in Native American & Indigenous Studies. He strives to blend advocacy, cultural storytelling, and creative expression to uplift marginalized voices and create transformative change.
